This Website is owned and operated by “Vita Plus Healthcare Private Limited”, a company incorporated under Companies Act 1956. The website name, phone service on +91 70221 52888 and the mobile application are collectively referred to as “Website”.

The following are the Terms and Conditions, read together with the Privacy Policy, that govern your purchase and use of the products and services (the “Products”) from “GetMyMedicine.in”, and constitute a legally binding agreement, between you (“The Customer” Or “The User”) and “GetMyMedicine.in”.

By accessing, browsing or in any way transacting on the Website, or availing any Services, you acknowledge to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Further, by impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by Privacy Policy of “GetMyMedicine.in”.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Website including the Privacy Policy, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the Website. So we urge you to review it periodically to ensure that you agree with any such changes. We will do our best to inform you of any important amendments by posting message on the Website or through other means of communication: such as text and WhatsApp message, if you are registered with our service. However, it is your responsibility to check the Policy regularly to ensure that you agree with it. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes that we make.

Customer Eligibility

Our customer and users must be above the age of 18 years. GetMyMedicine.in is not intended for persons bellow the age of 18 years. If you are not above the age of 18, please don’t use this website or it’s services.

Price, Availability of Products & Payment

We do not show name and price of the medicines (either OTC or Prescribed) on our website. All our medicine prices (which is given after the order is placed) includes all taxes, fees and always subject to availability. Price and availability of a medicine in our service, is known, only after the order is placed. We make every effort to make sure that the ordered medicine is made available to our customers. In the worst case, if the medicine is not available with us or with the distributors, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, so that customer can opt for alternate choice. In some cases, we might propose a delayed delivery, because the medicine is expected to be available only after a day or couple of days. If the customer agrees to this late delivery of the medicine, our pharmacist will get the medicines delivered in the newly proposed time.

We make every effort to deliver the ordered medicine, within 4 to 6 hour of time. But delivery may get delayed due to bad-weather, bad-traffic or some unexpected situation. As mentioned in the “Privacy Policy”, we cover only two pin-codes (560076 and 560078) at present. We do not deliver in any other areas, at present. This will change in future, as our business expands and this content will be updated accordingly.

Payments are always received at the time of delivery. Currently, we do not take the payment before the medicine is delivered. You can choose to make the payment either by Cash-On-Delivery or through Credit / Debit card or through Cheque.

Return & Refund Policy

GetMyMedicine does it’s best to keep it’s customers satisfied and happy with it’s service. If for any of the following reasons, customer is not satisfied with our product, (s)he can initiate the return of the product within two days of delivery and if its meets the conditions of “Refund Policy”, his/her money will be refunded accordingly.

Following are the cases, when return will be permitted.

Received Product is Defective

For medicines, initiate the return discussion with our customer care (send a mail to : care@getmymedicine.in), along with details of why you think, the received item is defective.

Our team will guide you on “How to return the item to us?”. Once our team confirms that the item batch code matches to the batch code of the delivered item and the reason mentioned by you is valid, we will guide you to get your refund for that item.


Very Close Expiry Date

Initiate the return discussion with our customer care (send a mail to : care@getmymedicine.in), along with an image of the item, with it’s expiry date showing up clearly.

Our team will guide you on “How to return the item to us?”. Once our team confirms that the item batch code matches to the batch code of the delivered item, support team will guide you to get your refund for that item.


Doctor Modified Prescription

If the Doctor modified the prescription, before the product was delivered, please contact our customer care immediately (send a mail to : care@getmymedicine.in), along with an image of the modified prescription, for the same patient for which the original order was placed.

Note that the date of the new prescription should be after the order is placed.

Note : If the original packaging is opened or broken, products cannot be returned. This is NOT applicable for wearable (wrist-split band, ankle brace / support, etc…) and surgical items. Once sold, these products can never be returned back.
For refund purpose, we will need your bank account details, along with an image of a cancelled cheque for that bank account. Once the customer care team, confirms the receipt of those details, we will initiate your refund. It will take somewhere between 7 to 10 working days for the money to be credited to your bank account, after receipt of these details.

If you don’t want the money to be refunded to your bank account, we will keep that money parked against your cell phone number and we will intimate you about that, through e-mail and WhatsApp message. This parked money can be balanced against the new orders.

Service and Website availability

We make every effort to have the GetMyMedicine website up and available 24 hours a day, everyday and all the days of the year. But, there may be circumstances like maintenance, server and network related other issues or reasons beyond our control, because of which website may be unavailable for some duration. GetMyMedicine, does not give any warrenty for an un-interrupted access of it’s website. Along with the website, we have both “Ask Our Pharmacist” service and WhatsApp order service, which is available and should be responding to customer’s order request or querry, everyday between 8am to 10pm. Beyond these hours (primarily from 10pm to 8am next morning), there is no guarentee of service response.
