Does the eligibility checker confirm that my medicine can be shipped?
No. The checker provides preliminary guidance based on the information you enter. Final acceptance depends on the exact medicine, prescription, quantity, destination rules, carrier policy and current route availability.
Can I use the checker if my medicine is not listed?
Yes. Choose “Other medicine / not listed” and enter the exact medicine name and strength. The result will recommend a manual review because the product is not yet part of the structured medicine library.
Can GetMyMedicine procure medicines after I use the checker?
Procurement assistance may be available from licensed pharmacies in India for eligible medicines, subject to prescription validity, availability, destination requirements and shipment approval.
